Room in La Jolla Apartment

I am looking for a roommate to move in August 1st or close to it. I live in UTC/La Jolla and have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished, newly renovated, 1210 sq. foot apartment on the top floor (4th) with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, balcony, fireplace, and washer/dryer in the unit. The unit was remodeled just a few months ago and has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, beautiful window shutters, track lighting, etc.

 

You would have your own room, closet, and bathroom (which you would furnish) as well as a dedicated parking spot in gated underground parking. In addition, the parking spot is located directly next to the elevator. Further, the 4th floor has an extra layer of security as you need a special key fob to get there by elevator and a code to get there by stairs.

 

The complex is called Regents La Jolla (www.RegentsLaJolla.net). You can view the model unit of my particular floor plan which is called Opal. There is access to many wonderful/FREE amenities such as two pools, cabanas, sports/game rooms, movie theatre, free cooking/yoga/pilates classes, etc.

As for me, I am a 33 year old Christian psychologist and photographer. I’m hoping to find someone like-faithed who is honest, respectful, and trustworthy. I also need someone who is okay with animals as I have cats.

I have a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo in La Jolla/UTC area (right across from Trader Joes and near the Whole Foods as well). Currently, I am in living in the master bedroom and I am looking to rent the guest bedroom (and full bath) for $1,100 a month.

A little bit about me, I am a 28 year old female. I work as a lawyer in downtown SD. My relationship with the Lord is super important to me and it would be awesome to live with another Christian! At night I like to keep it pretty mellow. Mostly just go to gym, come back and make dinner and relax, watch a little Netflix. I love going to our pool and sitting in the jacuzzi too. I love to laugh and chat and have a good time, so I would love a roommate who I could also have a good friendship with. Month to month. Parking on the street. On site laundry. (Very close). I’m leaving for grad school In Aug and I need to find someone to replace me. Our house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath single story home in Bay Park. We have a large game room and kitchen so plenty of space to cook and do yoga, watch tv, or whatever!! My room has a large closet (huge plus ladies!!!) and access to the garage. Hello!!
A friend and I have found a few beautiful houses in Santee that we would love to rent, but we need at least one or two more girls to sign a lease with us. We are looking at either a three bedroom townhouse or a four bedroom house. We’re trying to keep rent between $600-$675 per person, or lower if possible!
A little about us:
We both go to the Flood and are in our early twenties, working full-time. We love hiking, kayaking, and just being outdoors!
I have two small, friendly dogs that are potty trained. So any roommates will need to be okay with dogs in the house!
